        I joined Kaiser's Learning Services team in 2011 to create a series of eLearning modules for the Human Resource Service Center. Topics were related to Work Absence Management and courses included a strong narrative component. This storyboard was created in Excel, prior to moving the content to PowerPoint and publishing in Articulate. The subject is FMLA - the Family Medical Leave Act.

I edited about twenty QuickGuides for the Department of Academic Technology at San Francisco State University. These documents are part of the online Help available within iLearn – the university's Moodle-based, course management system. This guide for students describes how to upload an assignment.
